For the price, this cant be beat. Great cleaner, awesome price, works like a champ! Got a 24k gallon rectangle gunite pool, and this thing is amazing!

I saw some conversation about this over at TroubleFreePool.com, and I had to check it out for myself. Ecojets seem to be a really good brand, that is producing some quality cleaners, so I cant complain! (Posted on 3/28/12)

I was debating on getting this, or the ecojet plus, and the salesperson I talked to recommended the turbo for my pool. Great choice! It cleans, scrubs, and flys around the pool. I have a few trees around the backyard, they fall in the pool all the time. I used to have to sweep them up myself, but not anymore! I pop in the mesh filter, and the turbo does the rest!!! I got the EcoJet Turbo (the $599 unit) to replace my old Aquabot Turbo which cost me about $1000. I was pretty happy with the performance of the Aquabot when it worked but it needed way too many parts to repair and it seemed time to replace it.

It is also an improvement over the tracks on the aquabot which worked most of the time, but wore out after a few seasons and were expensive and a pain to replace. Also the filter bag assembly is similar but seems to be improved from the aquabot. Overall highly recommended.

If you are concerned about the climbing it appears from the descriptions that the more expensive models EcoJet Plus and EcoJet Pro do a better job of climbling, but I don't necessarily think they are worth the extra money. But I don't think you could go wrong with any of those models. (Posted on 2/24/12)

I bought this on a whim and didn't realize that it didn't clean my sidewalls. I decided to keep it and just scrub my walls by hand If i needed to. I just have to report, that by the end of the summer I only had to clean the side walls once, and the robot did the rest. (Posted on 2/24/12)

BUY REFURBISHED! I bought a refurbished ecojet turbo and saved myself over 100 dollars off of the price. When i opened the box it looked brand new! no signs of wear or any use at all. It works so much better than my old barracuda, and takes no setup besides plugging it in. It did cost a few hundred more than the barracuda, but hopefully the cost will even out over time. this pool cleaner is nothing fancy, but it just works. I drop it in the pool in the morning, and can pull it out when I get home from work. It zips around the pool and leaves it sparkling. After two years, I can say it really is a zero hassle cleaner and will save you money on repairs and pool maintenance. It was worth every penny. (Posted on 2/15/12)

my neighbor recommended this cleaner to me, and it has worked like a charm for the past year. Before my ecojet, I had a polaris suction cleaner, and the hassle of setting it up and running it made it almost not worth using. This is a snap to set up, all it takes is plugging it in and turning it on, my 50' pool is clean in under an hour.
