FREE SHIPPING & SALES TAX 

All orders include free shipping and are delivered to its destination via freight-truck delivery. The driver will lower the lift-gate and unload the shipment against your curbside where it meets your driveway. On occasion, the delivery driver may decide to put the pallet on the driveway for you per their discretion, but it is not guaranteed. 

All orders take between 7-10 business days to be delivered from the date you place your order. Once your order ships out, you will receive tracking information directly to your email with instructions on how to track your estimated delivery date. Order shipping may be delayed around the holiday seasons as well as in the event of weather storms. Upon delivery, orders must be signed for by an adult.

RETURN POLICY

We are confident that you will enjoy the products you purchase from Epic Pool Supply. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a product you've purchased from our website, even if you just changed your mind, you may return the item in new condition within 30 days for a refund.

Unless the product is defective, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your product and a 15% item re-stocking fee.

In order for products to be considered in "new condition," they must be unused, unassembled, and contain all original product packaging and accessories.

Cancelled Orders

If you chose to cancel your order within the first 24 hours you can do so free of charge. After that time period elapses, before the product ships, you'll be subject to a 10% handling fee. 

Returning Your Item(s)

To ensure the return of your product and speed up the refund process, please follow the instructions below carefully.

Return by Mail or Express Carriers

  1. Epic Pool Supply Customer Support Representatives at:
    1-866-928-3150, for assistance. You will be issued a "Return Authorization" number for the item you wish to return. Make note of the return authorization number for your future reference.
  2. If possible, place the item securely in its original package. If using another box, please pack securely to prevent damage to the returned item.
  3. Include all paperwork, instructions, parts, and accessories.
  4. Please make your Return Authorization number visible on your shipping label.
  5. Keep a copy of the packing slip/return request for your reference.
  6. Address the package to Epic Pool Supply' return address below.
  7. If return shipping by U.S. Mail: Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.
  8. Please do not send your return C.O.D. - we cannot accept it.

Items Damaged in Shipping

Please open and inspect your items immediately upon arrival. You will have 10 days from the day you receive your order to make claims for any item damaged during shipping. After this time period, claims for damage incurred during shipment will be denied. For assistance with your claim, please call our e-commerce with Epic Pool Supply at 866-696-3762.

Speedy Refunds

Epic Pool Supply will process your refund promptly upon receipt of your returned item - within 30 days at the most. Your refund will be in the same form of payment you originally used to purchase your product. The total refund amount will be the "total unit price" for the item listed on your packing slip, minus the 15% item re-stocking charge. Your refund will include any appropriate sales taxes paid, and will exclude return shipping and handling charges or any other service charges.

Conditions of "Free Shipping"

Our "Free Shipping" covers all standard shipping and handling charges to get our product safely from us to you. It does not include expedited shipping, non-standard shipping, return-shipping, customs and/or import/export fees, or fees charged by any party other than Epic Pool Supply.

If you decide you would like to return a non-defective item you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your product to us as well as a 15% item re-stocking fee.

 

WARRANTY

Aquabot pool cleaners have been manufactured, tested and inspected in accordance with carefully specified engineering requirements. Aqua Products, Inc. warrants that your automatic pool cleaner is free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, subject to qualifications, conditions and limitations as described on this link.

What Is A "Refurbished" Pool Cleaner?

A refurbished pool cleaner has typically been used at least once then returned to the factory. They may have been opened, used a time or two and then returned, or used for advertising demostrations, etc. Once back at the factory the items are fully tested, serviced if needed, and verified to be fully functioning with all original parts/instructions included. The manufacturer's full warranty still applies unless specifically noted otherwise.

Usually just 1 or 2 refurbished items of each model is available at any given time, so act fast! Quantities are limited and our selection changes daily.

What Is An "Open Box" Pool Cleaner?

An Open Box pool cleaner has never been used. However, they cannot be sold as brand new. In most cases the pool cleaner is an unused return that was opened by a customer then returned to us. The bottom line is that you will you money a pool cleaner that is good-as-new!
